Participate in an in-depth rotational experience that will build a strong retail foundation, by getting hands on experience in key areas within our business, including Stores, Buying, Inventory Planning (Allocations & Replenishment), and Product Development. You will also be exposed to our Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning and eCommerce operations, as well as develop your professional skills through classwork, mentoring sessions and meetings with senior leadership.

As part of our growing eCommerce team, you'll be at center court of our online efforts, helping connect our customers with the equipment they need to perform at their best! You'll assist in executing online strategies that drive sales, promote our brand and provide consumers with a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.
The DICK'S omni-channel approach links the online/mobile shopping experience with brick-and-mortar locations to give customers new and innovative ways to learn about and purchase our products.
