A 1-year development program for recent college graduates based at our Store Support Center headquarters in Pittsburgh. Associates will go through an in-depth store experience and do rotations within the core areas of Merchandising; Buying, Inventory Planning (Allocations & Replenishment), Planning and Product Development, with exposure to Supply Chain and eCommerce. The program also focuses on professional development through classes, mentoring and sessions with DSG senior leadership (CMO, CFO, etc.).
