We have zero tolerance for acts of racism and discrimination. We strengthened our related policies, invested in leadership development initiatives, and implemented training and practices to address racism and discrimination. We are working to make retail more inclusive, and our work won’t be done until every person is treated with respect and dignity.
Making an Impact
Our diversity, equity & inclusion work is driven by our internal Impact Teams. These Teams stretch across the organization and are responsible for holding us accountable to our goals, initiating actions that align to those goals, and ensuring DE&I is integrated with our business strategy.
