Diversity & Inclusion Council

Our Diversity and Inclusion Council is made up of teammates who represent a variety of backgrounds, roles and communities. The Council meets quarterly to help foster an open dialogue within our diverse and broad teammate population.

Together with The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation, we have pledged more than $100 million to support teams and leagues in need. We saved thousands of youth sports teams and given hundreds of thousands of kids the opportunity to play.

teammates – more than half our team – have completed Respect in Retail training including 7,323 store leaders and managers.

11,000

hours of Unconscious Bias Training were completed in 2018 to ensure all teammates and athletes are always treated fairly and respectfully.
