Inclusion & Diversity Council
Our Inclusion and Diversity Council is made up of teammates who represent a variety of backgrounds, roles and communities. The Council meets quarterly to help foster an open dialogue within our diverse and broad teammate population.
STRONGER TOGETHER
Together with The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation, we have pledged more than $100 million to support teams and leagues in need. We saved thousands of youth sports teams and given hundreds of thousands of kids the opportunity to play.
