OVERVIEW:

This role will work onsite at our Conklin Distribution Center Monday- Friday. M 830-5, Tuesday- Thursday 1030-7, Friday 830-5 (ideal schedule, to be discussed during interviews)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Maintain payroll, scheduling and attendance via the Kronos system& Workday system

  • Keys, scans and files all payroll records

HR & Administrative Support

  • Processes and tracks all invoices, POs, etc.

  • Coordinate and administer employee relations activities

  • Coordinate and facilitate orientation and training programs

  • Administer and communicate HR policies and procedures

  • Responsible for safety and worker’s compensation administration/procedures

  • Responsible for administering FMLA/LOA procedures

  • Maintain position control/management and complete all associate position/rate changes

  • Maintain attendance tracker, vacation tracker and HRIS databases

Recruiting Support

  • Responsible for all hourly staffing needs: internal posting and external hiring

  • Prepares interview packets for hourly and salaried teammates

  • Prepares schedulers for all external candidates

  • Administer pre-employment screening and conduct drug testing

  • Manage temporary staffing needs

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree required, prefer Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years HR administration experience

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Proven record of dependability and reliability

  • Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Experience with Kronos and Workday is a plus

Targeted Pay Range: $35,400 - $53,300. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
