Description

- Meets the athlete where they are in their soccer journey, creating a tailored and unparalleled customer service experience; adapting sales style appropriately
- Leverages on-the-field expertise to provide recommendations that meets the athlete’s needs / goals
- Translates / aligns product technology to the athlete’s needs and preferences; contributing to and enhancing the athlete’s overall game day experience.
- Fully outfits athletes with appropriate cleats, apparel, and accessories to equip them for any occasion – from practice / training to game day.
- On occasion, participates in Soccer Universities across the nation to test and learn new products and technologies in order to then share knowledge and insights with both teammates and athletes
- Partners with store teammates by regularly utilizing training materials to educate others on new cleats and soccer-related products
- As needed, assists in other areas within the store
All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Quickly builds rapport with soccer athletes of all experience and skill levels
- Actively involved in soccer-related activities (i.e. refs, coaches, associates with competitive clubs, plays outdoor or indoor leagues, etc.) and / or stays up-to-date on every aspect of the game (i.e. latest technology, international leagues and players, etc.)
- Ability to simplify insights when speaking with newer players, yet also builds rapport with seasoned professionals by leveraging their on-the-field experience and league knowledge
- Leans on expertise of the game to understand and align the athlete’s needs to appropriate products (i.e. standard or elevated cleats, training equipment, etc.)
