This is an exciting role for our new store experience – we’re seeking a Equipment Services Tech. This opportunity goes beyond anything retail has ever seen. We want someone who can bring a new level of leadership to our equipment services team.
You will be responsible for providing a one-of-a-kind, service experience. From bike repairs, to glove steaming, to lacrosse stringing, to line spooling to skate sharpening and molding, you will delight and surprise our athletes with your incredible knowledge and service.
Equipment Services Duties:
Ensures athlete and teammate safety in the equipment services area.
Manages the equipment services portion of the reservation tool.
Educate athletes about all equipment services we provide.
Passionate and knowledgeable about bikes, their assembly and maintenance.
Brings confidence and excitement to athletes through expertise.
Share your passion for sports and active lifestyle by genuine interaction with our athletes walking through the door.
Elevate our company standards by passionate, positive and knowledgeable interaction with our athletes.
Promote our programs such as Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, seasonal promotions and other ‘need to know’ happenings in our store.
Work closely will our Loss Prevention team to maintain standards and audit requirements.
Continue to create and work collectively with other departments as business needs arise.

What we’re looking for
Previous experience and knowledge within equipment services.
Bike repair and tuning experience preferred.
Creates a culture that encourages a diverse and inclusive environment.
Clear, constant and confident communication amongst teammates, athletes and management.

Flexible availability – nights, weekends and holidays.
