This position supports the reporting and systematic performance of Dick's Sporting Goods International Logistics team by developing, maintaining, and monitoring various KPI’s and reports. The international KPI & Rpt. analyst plays a supporting role in the management, analysis, and execution of driving the overall operational performance of the import freight processes. The analyst will develop, manage, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational, financial and ad hoc reports, as well as work with service providers and IT to automate reporting and scorecarding. The analyst must effectively work cross-functionally to communicate with internal partners on the Product Development and Merchandising teams, Information Technology group, Vendor Relations and remotely with the Distribution Centers with the end goal of standardizing and optimizing reporting to allow the other teams to manage their business requirements successfully.

What we’re looking for
Create, manage and analyze international reporting and KPI’s utilizing various sources of data to ensure that the established process and procedures are operating at optimal levels.
Partner with 3PL and internal resources to validate data and standardize reporting elements for all reports. Partner internally with the IT group to develop and leverage reporting where applicable and support reporting enhancements focused on providing visibility, standardization and key performance indicators for the business.
Compile, analyze and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually for international activities to support efficient and effective movement of import freight
Support the development of ad-hoc reporting as business needs change
Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business
Bachelor's Degree – 4 year college degree with a focus in Business, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain.
