The International Logistics coordinator is responsible for reviewing and auditing import freight invoices along with coding charges to appropriate finance accounts and calculating payment variances for reporting inaccurate charges to Analyst I and Management. The International Logistics coordinator tracks on time delivery of import inbound shipments and follows up with service providers regarding any exceptions that arise. The Logistics coordinator is responsible for verifying and routing import shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS).

What we’re looking for
Review import invoices (ocean, air, LCL, 3PL) for accuracy against contracts and rate sheets. Review weekly statements of accounts from service providers and resolve any outstanding payments and provide necessary information to Freight Payment Analyst I for any disputed charges.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to track merchandise, rush priority shipments, and expedite merchandise.
Monitor on time delivery of import shipments and follow up with service providers regarding aging shipments at the port, rail yards, and DSG distribution centers, escalating any anomalies to management.
Work with LCL and air providers to verify shipments available for pick up at the local CFS for all DCs. Coordinate the pick-ups with domestic inbound carriers. Enter shipments into the TMS system via manual entry or utilizing a data loader.
