The Manager of FP&A Supply Chain is responsible for providing ad-hoc business support and developing the annual budgets. The manager will oversee the forecast process throughout the year and communicate monthly results with risks and opportunities to Supply Chain leadership. This position requires experience with financial statements, the ability to develop financial recommendations supported by analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly re-prioritize work based on evolving business needs.
Oversee the weekly Supply Chain earnings forecast
Partner with business areas to capture earnings forecast trends, risks, and opportunities
Become an expert in the underlying details of the income statement
Identify and explain key drivers of P&L variances versus budget and last year
Analyze and proactively address forecast accuracy issues
Be an expert at clearly communicating a message to leadership
Collaborate with business areas to incorporate relevant information into presentations
Drive conversations with the business on monthly results and out period risk and opportunities
Proactively analyze the P&L to search for opportunities to improve earnings
Lead ad-hoc projects through cross functional support
Analyze business financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to the business
Coaching and Developing:
Provide guidance to direct reports and strategically delegate work based on capacity and nature of work
Provide regular feedback to direct reports
Promote cross functional training opportunities and professional development

What we’re looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field
7 – 10 years of total experience with 3 – 5 years of experience in areas such as Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, or Investor Relations
Experience in retail, consumer products, apparel, or other customer-focused industries a plus
Role may require mentorship and/or direct supervision of Financial Analysts or Rotational Program Associates
Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Requires focus amid rapidly shifting priorities, attention to detail, independent problem solving and adherence to tight deadlines when required
