Our Personal Stylist is an essential, frontline role that connects the Calia Brand to our Athlete (customer) through virtual, styling appointments. The Stylist is responsible for recommending appropriate garments and accessories as well as help make fashion choices based on the Athletes’ personal style and body type. The Stylist will receive extensive training on the Calia Brand merchandise, fabric, fit and style that will build core skills to suggest the perfect outfit for the Athlete’s next workout. The Stylist will also be responsible for interacting with our Athlete through inbound phone / chat interactions. The Stylist will offer a high level of customer service and assist with placing orders and providing support for any order related issue, service or promotion. Although this is a remote role, it is highly preferred that this person lives within a one hour drive of our corporate office in Coraopolis, PA (Pittsburgh).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct 30 min personal stylist appointments (virtually). Review the pre appointment assessment and create shopping carts that match the styles, size and price the Athlete is interested in reviewing during the appointment. Build excitement and confidence in the Brand throughout the virtual appointment by highlighting the newest styles and promotional offers. Get deep in the technical design of the fabrics to educate the Athlete on our exclusive Brand. Recommend accessories and share your own experience with the clothing line to help promote loyalty to the Brand. Review post session feedback and continue to stay connected with the Athlete by providing them a recap of your session and suggested outfits for purchase.
Answer inbound phone and chat interactions for caliastudio.com. Provide assistance and a high level of care for any order or store related question or issue. Answer technical questions about Calia merchandise and support the Athlete by placing orders. Document and track each interaction with the Athlete and provide additional follow up where necessary.
Attend new product launch and service training. Partner with in-store Stylists and internal merchants to help stay connected on the latest fashion trends and Calia styles. Share feedback and gain support on questions that require deeper assessment.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
1 – 3 years of Experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail oriented) is preferred.
Attention to detail and excellent visual eye
Excellent presentation skills
Passion for fashion and understanding of different style needs
Ability to multi-task and sharp time management skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
