OVERVIEW:

DICK’S Sporting Goods has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Regional Facilities position for the Central region. The ideal candidate would work remotely, but live in the Houston, Texas area. This position is responsible for the coordination of repairs and maintenance services at store locations within the assigned region. The Central region includes Oklahoma, Houston, South Texas, Dallas, Fort Worth, Gulf Coast, Nashville, and Memphis.

In addition, the position will require significant travel to store locations approximately 25%, covering anywhere from 100- 120 stores.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist store locations with all manner of maintenance and repair issues.

  • Determine warranty status of each issue.

  • Manage projects and analyze proposals.

  • Assist in the development of an annual budget for store repairs and maintenance expenses, capital repairs, upgrades and service agreements.

  • Invoice analysis.

  • Manage all maintenance vendor relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience

  • Experience in facility maintenance management or construction management

  • Negotiating skills.

  • Service Channel Experience highly preferred

  • Familiar with building management systems.

  • Knowledge of general property management systems.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical & energy management systems.

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

  • Experience in Project Management is a plus.

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000 - $138,200. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
