OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize process and operational opportunities and create efficiencies. Document and analyze current state processes; design & document future state process, including automation opportunities. Direct meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements necessary for design solutions and lead future state implementation plans.
Develop key reporting metrics to quantify impact of pre/post process efficiency improvement. Leverage findings to influence future store design and operational processes.
Coordinate and complete various project management tasks including, communication and training plans, leadership status reports, and standardized tools/process guides. Identify key risks or roadblocks and provide leadership recommendations to drive work and process efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Business; Technology; Communication, Engineering or other related discipline
5-7 years experience Business Process Design Experience Retail Experience preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification (green belt or higher) Required
Current/Future State Process Mapping Required
PMP preferred
