Job Duties & Responsibilities
DC Operational Support
Maintain and manage RF scanning equipment, Monarch label printers, desktop PCs, laptops, and PDT equipment, conducting regular audits and inventory checks.
Provide technical support for printing, scanning, and general systems, and hardware inquiries.
Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and maintain cross-department applications such as WM, PTL, Camera, RLM, and MHE systems.
Maintain IDF cabinets, including regular checks on switches and UPS, requiring certification on scissor lifts or man lifts.
Repair, replace, and conduct in-depth testing and troubleshooting of network issues as needed.
Teammate Administrative Support
Onboard new teammates in the WM system and submit requests to the IT Service Desk to add users to AS400.
Resolve WMS issues for associates and open incident reports with the IT Service Desk when necessary.
Assist teammates with password resets for RF and desktop applications as needed.
Serve as the point of contact for the Service Desk to troubleshoot issues and open incidents during non-peak hours at the CSC.
Warehouse Management System Knowledge
Acquire proficiency in DC systems such as Manhattan WM, LM, RLM, PTL, and MHE Servers.
Learn and manage the patching of Microsoft Servers in the DC.
Provide coverage for the System Admin during their absence or when working on external projects.
Warehouse Management System Support
Troubleshoot user problems with Warehouse systems and escalate to IT WM support team if necessary.
Assist teammates with system or IT issues at the start of each shift, collaborating with the Systems Administrator for incident resolution and project work.
Collaborate with other support teams, such as Maintenance, during potential building outages.
Coordinate with vendors for building support as needed.
Assist with building projects, IT capital projects, and system implementations during weekends or after-hours outage windows.
Teammate Engagement
Participate in Individual Development Plans to identify growth opportunities vertically and horizontally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree Technical- Computers
<1 year experience
Distribution Center experience, Warehouse management systems experience
Cisco networking helpful, but not required
Knowledge of IntelliTrack Asset Management System helpful, not required
Knowledge/Experience with Jira Ticketing Portal helpful, not required
Knowledge of Apple Products – iPhones & iPads
