OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Management & Automation
Ownership of multiple Salesforce applications, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations via MuleSoft, and third-party applications. Own the implementation of third-party tools, serving as the hands-on technician and SME for these tools.
Improve business processes by building and optimizing scalable automations using Salesforce Flows (Screen, Autolaunched, scheduled, etc.)
Provide clear, detailed field-mapping and process documentation to third-party contractors to support new MuleSoft integrations and enhancements to existing jobs
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
Deliver timely, accurate reporting and insights by analyzing data from both the SQL Server Database, CRM cloud platforms, and other reporting tools.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that surface key business metrics (sales KPIs, order data, commerce analytics, etc.) for stakeholders.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT
Act as the subject matter expert for SQL Server Database, including cause-and-affect relationships between all database fields and the front-end system
Execute and document all QA/QC/Testing for database functionality
Maintain and support all current/future integration projects
PROJECT SUPPORT
Responsible for creation and maintenance of accurate project status information that is communicated to the business sponsor(s) on regular scheduled intervals
Develop, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing sessions
Primary contact for production issues and triaging system issues for solution or vendor support
Work with cross-functional teams and IT management to determine priority, resourcing, and issue resolution
FUNTIONAL SPECIFICATION DEVELOPMENT
Work with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements for new and/or enhanced system requests
Create and own functional specifications for new and/or enhanced system development
Hold functional specification review sessions with cross-functional team members (Business sponsors, IT, other)
TRAINING
Lead/support the development of the training material for the end user group
Participate in facilitation of the hands-on training sessions for end user group
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems; relevant work experience in lieu of 4-year degree
5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Administration Salesforce Flow, SQL Server Databases, Microsoft Excel Proficiency
Salesforce Data Cloud
SQL Server and Queries
MuleSoft preferred
B2B Commerce preferred
APEX Code/Triggers knowledge preferred
Understanding of retail & sales relationships
Comfortable with information systems
Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective
Working knowledge of OLAP tools
