OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Athlete Engagement Operational Organization
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend or implement improvements to processes, tools, and team communications.
ESOC / technology ticket tracking each week for open issues that were not resolved
Manage tech requests for internal AE contact center
Ensure hangar space is updated and ready for training and sessions as needed
Delegation of team distro tasks that come through from the centers
Own user access to key operational tools such as Agent Connect, LevelAI, Liveperson
Coordinate take the phones sessions with supervisors and teammates to ensure readiness
Teammate Engagement & Recognition Support:
Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team environment.
Work closely with internal and external service teams to execute an engaging activity and support calendar to ensure mental wellbeing and community
Build PR materials for Athlete Engagement wins & storytelling throughout the business
Support & project manage annual Summit planning and execution
Support the CSC recognition committee scalability and workload
Work closely with HR Business Partners to maintain year round activations that drive engagement and recognition across the team
Deliver administrative support for members of the Athlete Engagement leadership team:
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for call center leadership, including booking transportation, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
Oversee distribution of incoming mail and packages for the call center, ensuring timely delivery to appropriate team members and departments.
Help manage team resources such as shared drives, sharepoint, onboarding documentation and communication platforms
Oversee calendar management for call center leadership ensuring appropriate leaders can attend meetings. Draft meeting agendas and follow-up deliveries to key stakeholders
Build shell decks for key team meetings and deliverables with delegation to necessary teammates
Athlete Engagement Communications:
Draft, format, and distribute the monthly customer service newsletter
Collaborate with team leads and other departments to collect and highlight updates, wins, and important reminders
Help execute L&D training, leadership reminder and team videos to share to all centers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years experience with 3+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative support role within a call center or retail customer service environment.
Microsoft Office Suite
JIRA
SharePoint
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Energetic and approachable team player who thrives on bringing people together.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background in event planning or employee engagement.
