OVERVIEW:
DICK'S Sporting Goods Campus Recruiters play a key role in shaping our future workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing top technology talent from universities and colleges across the country. You will represent DSG at career fairs, information sessions, conferences, and campus events showcasing the fast‑paced world of retail technology and promoting our award-winning culture.
With strong knowledge of DSG's business and a sharp eye for talent, you'll build relationships with faculty, career services, and student organizations to develop a pipeline of tech candidates. You'll deliver engaging presentations, facilitate workshops, and host networking events that provide students with an inside look at careers at DSG.
Through strategic planning, effective communication, and genuine enthusiasm, you'll help ensure DSG remains a top destination for emerging talent. You will also play a key role in coordinating and executing our best-in-class Corporate Summer Internship Program and entry‑level hiring initiatives, offering students valuable hands‑on experience.

This is a full-time hybrid (remote Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) role located in Coraopolis, PA. Additional flexibility around events and travel (approximately 20-30%) is required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Build and execute strategies to support hiring goals, aimed at generating college candidates for open internships and entry level training programs. Engage with hiring managers and business partners to identify each function's recruiting needs and desired skillset.
Create and manage the candidate pipeline and recruiting lifecycle using effective sourcing strategies - university partnerships, clubs and organizations, social media, etc. Coordinate and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting activities including career fairs and campus events, professional development presentations, interview days, etc. Monitor and determine the effectiveness of programs and strategies using dashboard tracking, best practice metrics and industry SOPs.
Recruits for interns & entry level program positions across multiple business functions; responsible for posting positions, reviewing applications and resumes, conducting phone screens and/or evaluating initial interviews and managing the candidate through the recruiting process. Guarantees that our recruitment process is compliant with all internal and external regulations and best practices.
Assist in the planning, execution, and management of the Corporate Summer Internship Program, ensuring DSG delivers a best-in-class experience with the goal of converting top tech interns into full-time DSG Teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience required, preferably in the technology, retail, and/or collegiate space
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software. Workday experience preferred, but not required.
Comfortable with all social media platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and college recruiting tools (Handshake)
Passionate about recruiting top talent as demonstrated by high level of energy, positive and upbeat attitude.
Demonstrated ability to interact with hiring managers at all levels of the company.
Ability to handle special projects as assigned.
Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.
Proven ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques.
Ability to travel (20-30%), primarily in the Fall recruiting season.
