OVERVIEW:

The Director – Global Corporate Compliance is responsible for overseeing the development of Foot Locker’s compliance programs and training to support adherence with our global Code of Business Conduct regarding traditional corporate compliance matters, such as anti-bribery, conflict of interest, gifts and entertainment, and whistleblower protections. This role will own data and metrics associated with Foot Locker’s corporate compliance program.

This is a full time hybrid (remote on Monday and Friday, in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role located in Coraopolis, PA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage cross-functionally with leadership to draft policies and design compliance programs. Monitor compliance functions that live within business units to ensure accountability.

  • Manage compliance programs and direct compliance efforts for corporate compliance programs that are managed directly by the compliance department, including but not limited to code of conduct and business ethics, ethics hotline, anti-corruption, document retention, and other programs identified.

  • Develop content for and lead enterprise training sessions for corporate compliance programs.

  • Monitor corporate compliance industry trends and identify new and emerging compliance risks; perform industry benchmarking and risk assessments and make recommendations to inform and direct the corporate compliance strategy.

  • Manage compliance technology and databases related to individual compliance programs and enterprise compliance strategies.

  • Manage and develop direct reports, including Compliance Analyst(s)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree, Juris Doctor

  • 5-7 years experience in global compliance legal experience, with preference for retail industry experience

  • Process, and project management oriented.

  • Ability to foster a compliance culture and ethical workplace

  • Quality decisionmaking.

  • International compliance certification

  • Ability to collaborate with our business partners to understand their priorities and challenges.
