OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation
Partner closely with the Chief People Officer to shape and execute the People Transformation strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner in the design and implementation of scalable people initiatives that enhance organizational agility and employee engagement.
Organizational Capabilities & Learning
Own and evolve the company's Learning & Development strategy, focusing on leadership development, skills building, and career progression.
Design frameworks and programs that build critical organizational capabilities and support a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Work cross-functionally with executive leadership and with HRBPs to uncover business-critical gaps to drive the talent development agenda.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on capability-building efforts for future talent in alignment with business direction.
Change Management
Lead enterprise-wide change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural initiatives.
Develop long-term HR strategies for enterprise-wide change readiness.
Develop and apply best-in-class change frameworks and methodologies to support major transformation initiatives.
Partner with DSG as needed on change initiatives impacting the wider organization.
Program Management Office (PMO)
Manage and mentor the Manager of Performance & PMO to ensure executional excellence in key people programs and initiatives.
Oversee the prioritization, tracking, and delivery of strategic HR projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, timelines, and resource constraints.
Rewards
Lead the continuous improvement of compensation, benefits and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with business goals.
Oversee internal equity analysis, annual compensation planning process and incentive design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business administration, HR, organizational development
7-10 years of experience in HR, transformation, people leadership
