OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Purchasing and Order fulfillment

  • Write, process and modify Vendor purchase orders as needed

  • Follow up with vendors as needed to ensure product availability/delivery and proper shipment

  • Coordinate merchandise returns with our customers, the A.D. STARR warehouse, Vendors and sales team to maintain accurate inventory and accounting.

  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise with orders. Act as a liaison between vendors/internal teams, customers and A.D. STARR teammates.

  • Use & edit excel spreadsheets for customer data organization and ingestion into the current Point of Sale system.

  • Utilize POS system and sales tracking (Salesforce) software for order accuracy and fulfillment

  • Track order progress and maintain a record of issues that arise to improve Vendor & Merchant Team relationships and processes going forward

Softline Warehousing and Operational Support

  • Supports accurate pricing and style creation with merchant team and communicates changes to the sales team

  • Assist accounting with receivables, shipping and vendor invoices

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for some extended periods of time.

  • Support entire warehouse team for fulfillment, shipping and receiving.

  • Ability to operate a Warehouse Work Assist Vehicle for item picking in high reach areas.

Production Fulfillment

  • Decorate apparel using with heat applied techniques (heat presses) and utilize cad cut equipment for in house production.

**Please note this role is seasonal and approximately 16 weeks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree

  • 1-3 years experience in data and order entry, report generation, ability to maintain deadlines and a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Analytical abilities

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong computer/systems skills

  • Effective multi-tasking skills
