OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support the successful execution of talent management processes (i.e., goal setting, quarterly check-ins, year-end performance reviews, and talent review); including building materials / resources, compiling insights, and assisting with rollout deliverables and tracking.
Draft and support the development of executive-facing materials (e.g., storytelling decks, executive summaries, project updates, etc.) in partnership with process owners and TX&C leadership.
Provide proactive operational support in executing enterprise-wide Teammate, Experience & Culture initiatives, working on special projects and cross-team needs that emerge across the broader TX&C function as assigned.
Own the management and workflow of execution platforms (e.g., Monday.com), helping the team stay aligned and organized across multiple active workstreams; clearly tracking in-flight initiatives and tasks, status visibility, and team-wide project momentum.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both collaboratively and independently to balance and successfully execute on tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or similar
1-3 years experience, preferred 2+ years of talent management, HRBP, or similar experience
Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
HRIS Platforms (e.g., Workday)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar
Strong written communication and presentation development skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, polished deliverables
Strong initiative and follow-through; able to anticipate needs and act with minimal direction
Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in support of evolving team needs, taking initiative and stepping in to support where needed
Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization
