OVERVIEW:
The Sr. Manager, PPM - Ways of Working (WoW) is responsible for translating the enterprise digital operating model into scalable, repeatable, and actionable delivery practices across Technology and transformation teams for both organizations. This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and outcomes, ensuring that how work is planned, executed, governed, and measured is consistent, transparent, and aligned to enterprise objectives.
As the owner of standardized ways of working, this person designs, deploys, and sustains common delivery frameworks, role definitions, governance rituals, and performance measures that drive clarity, accountability, and execution discipline across complex, cross‑functional initiatives. This includes embedding best practices into day‑to‑day execution, enabling teams to work more effectively together, and ensuring that delivery practices can scale as the organization evolves.
Operating as a senior program leader within the Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO), you will establish measurable objectives, operating cadences, governance frameworks, and integrated reporting that support informed decision‑making at all levels. The role partners closely with technology, business, transformation, and functional leaders to align expectations, surface risks and dependencies early, and promote consistent execution across the portfolio.
Success in this role requires strong relationship‑building skills, strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence and align leaders across functions without direct authority.
